Library cards are available free of charge to Ohio residents and we are happy to help you get one!
- To get a library card, you just need apply in person with photo identification and proof of your current address.
- For individuals 17 years or younger, a parent or Guardian must sign the application form also. Please note that parents/guardians are responsible for their child’s use of all library materials.
